You can store these cookie bars for 1 to 2 months. When you plan on eating, simply let it come to room temperature first. Start with the cracker crust. Mix the crumbs well with the melted butter. If you own a food processor you can make your own crumbs out of crackers.

Then, you can move to the layers of condensed milk, candies, and oats. Finally, top the bar with M&M’s and bake until the bars are ready. Once it is not piping hot, slice and serve.


  • ½ Cup of Quick Cook Oats
  • ½ Cup of Melted Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup Easter M&M’s
  • 1 – 14 oz of Condensed Milk (Sweetened)
  • 1 ½ Cups of Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 Cups of Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Celsius.

  2. Combine Melted Butter and Cracker Crumbs in a bowl until crumbly.

  3. Press into the bottom of a Parchment Lined 9×13 Baking Dish.

  4. Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk over the Cracker Layer.

  5. Sprinkle with Oats, Chocolate Chips, Butterscotch Chips, and M&M’s.

  6. Bake at 350 Degrees for around 25-30 Minutes.
